Case studies are a great way to show case your skills and expertise through telling a story or a journey encountered by a trusted and satisfied customer.
No one promotes your business better than an unbiased source. A typical case study comes in three parts
- the Scenario – the background or the story/problems that existed before you came to the rescue
- the Solution – what did you do and how
- the Result – what was the outcome/s of the solution/s you implemented. Make this tangible if you can with benefits plus statistics
I always finish my case studies with a quote from the customer, known as a testimonial. This brief quote can then be used as sound bites on newsletters, in your Tweets and so on.
