Now you have decided to outsource, rather than recruit or manage internally, what do you need to look for when choosing the right consultant for your business?

– do they have industry experience?
– do they offer ALL the services you require or just some?
– will they handle the work themselves or will they outsource?
– do they provide fixed pricing?
– do they come recommended?
– do they have a website to back up their credentials?
– do they have case studies and testimonials to prove themselves?
– did you get sense a chemistry when you met?
– will they be able to deliver the work you require and when you require it by?
– will they fit into your company culture?

Think before signing on the dotted line.
