Customers. When was the last time you saw your key customers face to face? Why not pop round to see them or make an appointment to say hi and use the excuse of taking a Christmas card or a gift like a tin of biscuits or box of chocolates. Talking of cards and gifts, why not spend a little of branded and personalised cards or gifts like pens, drinks, confectionary and so on.
Promotions. Why not create a festive related promotion to draw in new customers or reward loyal customers.
Get creative. As long as you have the right permissions etc, use Christmassy related images in your social media posts or adverts. Readers will be more drawn to read them.
Updates. Remember to include your festive opening hours in your social media posts and in your Newsletters.
CSR. At this time of plenty, don’t forget your CSR (corporate social responsibility). If you can afford to, why not make a festive donation to a local charity.
