As part of your planning for 2014, your marketing plan should have looked at your businesses features and benefits. So what do I mean? I mean looking at the part where you tell your customer the “so what” bit. For example, the feature of a car is that is has snow tyres. The benefit is that these tyres can be changed according to weather conditions therefore keeping the driver, the passengers and other road users safe in dangerous conditions. e.g. the so what bit is the keeping you safe and minimising risk.
