Customer loyalty

It is far easier to up sell to existing customers than it is to go out and find new ones.  So how can you keep your existing customers happy, engaged, keen to buy and loyal to your product or service?

Here are some tips:

  • Appreciate them
  • Send loyalty based offers and promotions
  • Always say thank you for their custom
  • Send Christmas cards
  • Promote them in return where you can
  • Give them preferential treatment e.g. invite them first to events
