Marketing to a crowd

Marketing like technology never stands still.  There is always a new trick or tactic to use.  Just think back to the days before Twitter and Linkedin?  What about the times before we had opt in email marketing?

So, what is new at the moment?  It seems to be all about crowdsourcing.

Crowdsourcing is “the practice of obtaining needed services, ideas, or content by soliciting contributions from a large group of people, says Wikipedia.

What could the information used for from crowdsourcing?  Product feedback, market research, product launches, customer satisfaction and loyalty programmes and much more.  Why not think about it for your business?
