Company Y is an established, family run business with stores based in High Wycombe, Marlow and Beaconsfield. With the introduction of a new, large chain of pet store opening in the local area, the need was identified to step up the marketing efforts in order to maintain sales and to defend against the competition.
Pinpoint Marketing and Company Y worked together to devise 4 objectives to raise awareness for the stores and the products they sell, to promote the culture and ethos of the business and to get the Company Y name in front of the locally based audience.
The objectives were:
To strengthen the brand and business name
Re-launch the ‘Gold Card’ customer loyalty scheme
Revamp the website
Raise awareness for the 3 stores
The website has been launched and is being received well, as is the revised branding. Adverts have also been designed and placed with many of the local village and town brochures.
Additional gold cards have been applied for online as a result of the new website, which shows an achievement of the objective specified.
