How many of you go networking? Improve your sales from networking today…

So, how many of you go networking?

Do you gather business cards and flyers?

What do you do with them?

Do you add them to a spreadsheet or a database and then what do you do?  One of the biggest cardinal sins of networking to me is to collect all this information and then not act on it. 
So once you have added your data to a list of some sort, you MUST follow up.  A letter or a phone call perhaps, or even better in terms of cost, ease and effectiveness, is an email campaign or perhaps a newsletter.
