So, what could your USP be?
Are you the only one that offers your service?
Are you the only retailer in the UK or online?
Are you an exclusive dealer in such a product?
Is it your qualified staff?
Is it your business history and accreditations?
Have a think about this before you start communicating with your customers. They will need convincing as to why they should buy from you, so make sure you know why so you can convey this to your potential customers and contacts.
