Then translate all of this information into material for staff and customers alike to learn from.
Create marketing literature
Update your website copy
Produce product spec sheets
Arrange training in house
Collect customer testimonials

Keep updating and keep on top of things.  Marketing is all about been constant in terms of your message and the frequency that you deliver this message.
