Outsourcing – is it right for your business?

In last week’s blog, I asked how you were going to achieve your businesses goals and visions in terms of resource, time and budget.

I was networking last week and was chatting to gentleman about time management and collaborating. We all decided that as small businesses, we musn’t be afraid or put off by the concept and misconceptions of outsourcing.  As small business owners, we often wear many hats. In one day, we can be an accountant, MD, boss, telemarketer and salesman! When people hear the word outsourcing, they mistakenly think “expensive”. The truth is that yes there is an initial outlay of expenditure when outsourcing to a consultant or business, but the expense compared to the time and money you will save in the long run is minimal.

For example, my daily rate is £240 for 8 hours. If I said I could give you an extra 8 hours to work on and in your business, what would say? Just think of what you could achieve in this time?

Look into your options for outsourcing and start saving precious time and money.  Read more about outsourcing and the benefits on my webpage.  Click here.
