Time for a review for you?

Building your business is like building a house.  It needs foundations and it needs certain things in place for you to either get started on your business or for it to continue to grow.  Read more here about this concept and how it could benefit you.

Another way to help you review your business is to write a marketing plan.  Putting things down on paper, often make things clearer.

The major areas to review within your business are:
Money you are making
Time you are spending
Workload you are facing

So to review your business and where you are, ask yourself questions like:
Are you making enough money?
Are you efforts going to waste or being rewarded?
Do you spend too much time at the office?
Are you not prioritising?
Do you pay yourself enough?
Could you outsource anything?
Are your customers the right ones and are they buying enough?

Brainstorm some possible solutions to help you move forward.
Stuck for ideas?  Ask for advice and help from sources like Pinpoint Marketing of course, and :
