What does the future hold for marketing?

According a Marketing Week survey, small businesses spent most of their marketing budgets, in this order, on:

  • Web advertising
  • Outbound email campaigns
  • Direct Mail
  • Conferences and Exhibitions
  • Directories

Does this reflect your business?

As 2010 draws to a close, hopefully you are thinking about planning your marketing for 2011.  The same survey also suggested the following areas of marketing will have the most percentage of budget allocated to their implementation:

  • Web advertising
  • Outbound email
  • Direct Mail
  • Conferences
  • Pay per Click (PPC)
