Fail to plan and PLAN TO FAIL!

This statement has never been more true for small businesses who have not got a marketing and business plan for their business in 2011.

At a networking event last week, I asked an audience of around 20/25 people if they had a marketing plan for next year.  Only 2 or 3 put their hands up.  This surprisingly is the normal response for small businesses, according to Business Link.  This leads me to refer back to my title.  Fail to Plan and you Plan to Fail!

So, how many of you have a business and marketing plan for 2011?

If you haven’t set any objectives for your company and your marketing, how can you decide at the end of the year if you have achieved what you set out to do?

The best way to implement marketing with results, is to create a marketing plan.

Every company, regardless of size, industry or location should plan!

Planning can help you save money, save time, make money and be focussed.  Your plan should be the reference document you use to turn your visions into reality!
