Who will be spending what on Social Media in 2010?

According to a Marketing Week survey, it appears that using marketing budgets to allocate to marketing and promotion via Social Media is on the rise.

Why?  My thoughts are because these tools are not so new anymore and are proving themselves as ways to generate awareness, leading to more sales and customer loyalty.

So what tools are proving popular?  Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and blogs.

The most spend is going to Facebook, closely followed by blogs and Twitter.  LinkedIn is also holding its own.  Pinpoint allocates resource, time and budget to LinkedIn, blogs of course, and Twitter.
